My questions is " Who hasn't done this on American Idol?" Half of the music today is a cover of someone else's original. Also, some of these contestants are young enough to believe what they hear on the radio currently is the original. It happens. We've all had that moment (possibly with our parents music) when we realized that this cool song we like has been done before, and maybe done better.
